I have a lovely bedroom (room 1) in a shared house to rent. You will be sharing the bathroom with only one housemate (as the other housemates have their own ensuite bathrooms), and the kitchen is shared by all 4 tenants.

The room is fully furnished each with a small double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, a large chest of drawers and bookshelves.

This room is situated on the third floor, over a restaurant on High Street, right in the centre of the historical town Baldock. It's a beautiful Grade II listed building and offers great views on the upper floors.

Extremely convenient location to the Train Station (7 minute walk, and then 30 minutes away from Kings Cross St Pancras on the train if you need to commute to London), the local shops and other means of transport. If you have a car you can get resident permits to park it in nearby streets.

All the bills are included in the rent, including council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence and broadband.
