4ft bed in double room in spacious 3 bed house

Hello, my name is Sally.

The room is double-sized, with a 4ft bed and a large bay window. It includes a spacious chest of drawers and an under-stairs closet.

I live in the house with my 5-year-old son.
The house has two bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet. Downstairs, there is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, with excellent water pressure.

There is also a walk-in loft space that can be used for home working. The house has high-speed internet, making it ideal for working from home. The loft is currently unused aside from minimal storage.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including an oven, Vitamix blender, microwave, toaster, kettle, and De’Longhi coffee machine—all available for you to use.
There is a dining area and a lounge with a TV and a great sound system for movies. The lounge features a large bay window and a big, comfortable sofa.

A bright conservatory leads onto a sizeable garden, which gets sunlight for most of the day.

My son is here at least four days a week and spends the rest of the time with his father. I work as a SENCO at a special needs school, so I’m out for most of the day. At weekends, we are sometimes at home but usually out and about.

We are looking for a female housemate who is happy living with an energetic 5-year-old. A vegan or vegetarian housemate would be preferred.
