Beautiful Double Room in Thatched Cottage near Cambridge

A spacious double room available in my beautiful thatched cottage in a lovely, sought-after village, less than 11 miles from Cambridge.

This is very much a home rather than a typical house share. The room is a good-sized double, right next to the bathroom with bath and shower, and you'll have full use of the house – kitchen, living areas, Wi-Fi, large garden and parking.

I'm friendly, sociable and easy-going and I'm looking for someone similar – ideally a professional who is respectful, relaxed and happy to have a chat when we're both around, but who also enjoys their own space.

I'm away quite regularly, usually at least three nights a week, so you'll often have the house completely to yourself. I want whoever lives here to feel comfortable and genuinely able to make themselves at home, rather than feeling confined to their bedroom.

The village itself is a real bonus. There's a great village pub, social club, recreation ground and pavilion, as well as some fantastic countryside and cycling routes nearby.

It's really well located for Cambridge, Royston, Melbourn and Buntingford, with Cambridge less than 11 miles away, so it's ideal for someone working in or around Cambridge who would prefer village life and a bit more space.

I'm looking for the right person rather than simply filling the room – someone friendly, professional and considerate who'd enjoy living in a relaxed and welcoming home.
