The house is large and has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge and freezer, crockery, cutlery etc. with a separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is a communal lounge with a large flat-screen TV and a separate dining area.

The house has high-speed internet throughout and digital tv in the communal area and matching power supplies in the bedrooms.

Bassingbourn village has facilities for dining, drinking, shop with cash point alternatively Royston is a 5 min drive away with mainline station into London, shops, pubs and eateries. There is a large driveway to the front of the house.

Each bedroom is lockable for privacy and the latest integrated smoke alarm system installed. The rooms also have fire doors for added security and safety.

To make it as easy as possible for you to move in, the room is fully furnished all you need to bring are your clothes, towels and bedding.
