Looking for a flatmate for a lovely 2-bed flat in Berkhamsted! The room can be optionally furnished with the bed seen in the photos and a small set of drawers.

I’m Alif, I’m a 29 yr old working professional. I work two days in London and the remaining from home. I consider myself to be both social and also do really enjoy time to myself. I completely respect and understand personal space and time :)

I also enjoy having a fun social relationship with my flatmate where possible - I like cooking, walks, good telly, crafts, board games, and good conversation! I am not a house party person (not anymore!) but I do enjoy a good gathering of friends, dinner parties, gaming get-togethers, drinks, etc.

I’m a pretty clean and tidy person and I’m quite house-proud haha - I like making and keeping my home beautiful and it would be great to live with someone similar!

Council tax band B - £192, so £96 each.

Bills: I use Utility Bill, a company that covers everything in one payment. Bills are £190 per person.
