The room is spacious, fully furnished with plenty of natural daylight and comes with a large private bathroom, giving a plenty of space and privacy to relax and unwind.

The bedroom had a comfortable bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, with space for a desk if needed, making it suitable for someone who occasionally works from home.

The flat apartment is very conveniently located, around 10 minutes walk from the town centre and less than 15 minutes from the train station. M&S, Waitrose and local cafes are all nearby.
Parking is also available.

A Monday to Friday arrangement would be my preference, making it ideal for a professional working locally during the week who has their main home elsewhere. However, I’m also open to a full-time let for the right person.

I'm keen to find someone who will enjoy having a comfortable place to call home while also respecting that it is a peaceful, private home rather than a busy house share.
