Sharing with 1 professional female age 39, this beautiful home is single-story with a garden/patio at the rear and parking at the front.
The bedroom and property is fully furnished by the current tenant (please advise if you do not need bedroom furniture as this can be removed if you woukd rather bring your own).

I am the current tenant, and I work in publishing. I commute to the office 3 days per week (i. e. work from home 2 variable days per week, usually in the living room). I'm home most evenings, but tend to meet friends once or twice or per week. I go to the gym most mornings, and like to keep the house tidy/clean.

No smokers/heavy drinkers/pets/parties. It's a quiet home, but I'm sociable and polite. I tend to watch tv most evenings, and batch cook at weekends.

Would suit someone like-minded and calm-natured.

Bills not included but would be split 50/50 each month (approx £290ea).

Background referencing will be completed by the letting agency prior to signing contracts. Deposit will be secured in a TDS.
