Double room - mid week let

A detached modern and extremely spacious and well decorated house located approximately 1 mile from the town centre and train station, around a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Off street parking.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

You will have access to a modern bathroom with a bath and separate power shower.

Downstairs you will have your own sitting room with a sofa and flatscreen TV with freeview. There is also a desk in this room. There is a large well equipped kitchen to which you will have access at all times with your own full size fridge.

Outside there is a large garden with a patio and summerhouse which you are welcome to use. There is one very friendly cat in residence too.

Occasional weekend stays possible, by arrangement or a more flexible arrangement if just a couple of days a week required. Rent to be prorated.
