Detached house in nice area half mile berko town centre near train station & the 1066 castle remains. Off bridgewater road , being a very upmarket area.
We do consider shorter than an 6 month let but short lets cost more per week than an 6 month rolling contract as short lets are a different business model .
The price quoted below is based on an 6 month plus contract.

Strictly single rooms....with single bed . Occasional sleeping 2 in a bed isnt allowed as it breaches Law in shared housing on many levels .

The house has working young people25 to 49, approx/but varies. Very tidy. Everyone assists in keeping the common areas nice, & tidy/clean. etc
We accommodate single referenced applicants in both tring and berkhamsted . Same prices. larger rooms have larger prices.
occasionally we house students with a uk Guarantor students pay termly in advance & have proper paperwork
Tring is 5 miles away from berko! trings just as ancient /character wise as berko .
Both towns are on the rail Canal and Bus routes to London & Birmingham & well situated for Watford Aylesbury as well as town centres. etc.
Both houses are shared premises . As such common areas accessed & serviced by the landlord daily for maintenance & fire safety, & for an variety of business/control reasons ensuring the residents security, at all times.
