Hi-I’m thinking about renting out a room, it’s a small room but it does have a double bed and built in wardrobe.

I’m looking for someone wanting it as a base but not around as much -price is based upon this concept.

Would suit an honest, sociable, tidy, non-smoking professional person.

It’s available from September but can view immediately.

The room is bright furnished Your have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom.

The rest of the house is shared- all normal mod cons present, includes off rd parking on driveway .

The garden gets lots of sun so is ideal for relaxing.
The house is in Bishops Stortford in the gate area, it’s near the parks and is great for just exploring the countryside. It’s only a 5 min drive into town or 30 min walk. Tescos and Sainsbury’s are a 15 min walk and the nearest pub ( Harvest Moon- Thorley) about 10 min walk across the park.
