Ideal for cadet pilots training at Stansted Airport on their Type Rating course, this delightful 4 bed, 2 bath house in a great location is available for SHORT TERM LETS only.

The price is all inclusive, with all bills paid. No other costs.. We do not charge for extras, or issue "fines", like other houses in the area.

We have hosted over 40 pilots in the last year, all of whom would recommend the house. "Best place I have rented" and "you have been the best landlords" is the typical feedback we receive.

This is a quiet and peaceful house that you will be sharing with other cadet pilots from around Europe who will be on the same training course/simulators as you.

Quiet road, 10min walk to town centre/train station, 2min walk to bus stop (direct bus to the Airport), 5 min drive to M11 motorway. Parking for 3 cars.

Stunning open plan kitchen/dining/lounge has integrated appliances and quartz stone worktops. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, downstairs are 2 bedrooms with shared shower room.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with comfy double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, Smart TV and a chair/desk for when you need to study. (Note: It is expected the rooms are for single occupancy).

Toiletries are provided. Bed linen and towels provided, with cleaning (and change of linen/towels) taking place each week.

Secure access to the bedroom, with full access to the shared bathroom and the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area which has a large screen TV. Strong Wi-Fi access throughout the house (Virgin Media).
