Kingsize bedroom, private bathroom and parking

The room is in a three bedroom townhouse on the St James Park development, Bishop's Stortford.
It is a good-sized bedroom on the middle floor next to a bathroom which you will have primary use of.

We are a professional couple who live in the propery with our 1 yr old cavapoo Mabel, and our bedroom and ensuite are on the top floor of the house.

On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and living room plus another toilet.

We have a garden and there is plenty of parking around the property.

The rate does include bills. We have the communal areas professionally cleaned every week and can include your room if you would like.

Please note that we do have Mabel (a dog) and so it's also important that you like dogs! 🐾 We'd like to share our home with someone kind and respectful.
