A double bedroom will become available in August. My lodger is leaving after 10 years. She had 2 cats and worked from home. I am active 70-year old female, the other lodger is a man in his sixties.
All the bills will be included in the rent, there is a fridge freezer for your sole use. The garden is lovely at this time of the year and you can sit there. As for pets I would consider a cat or a small dog.
