One light double bedroom to rent in our 5-bedroom detached home in Thorley. The room is furnished and ready to move in straight away.

The house is walking distance from town approx. 1 mile and 1.2 miles (25 minutes based on google maps) from the train station and about 0.7 miles from our local supermarket (Sainsbury's).

The communal areas consist of a living room, dining room, large kitchen, shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, reasonable sized garden and drive. We have weekly cleaner who maintains the internal communal areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, double ovens, induction hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The utility room contains a washing machine and a tumble drier.

As we foster for the local authority, they would need to complete an enhanced DBS check at no cost to you prior to acceptance / moving in.

We currently have 1 17-year-old foster child living with us.
