Nicely furnished, large double room in a friendly, apartment in Bishops Stortford town centre.
Room only and single occupancy only. (No overnight guests)
Very secure and safe, very close to Bus Stop for airport Train Station etc.
All bills included, internet. Etc

Apartment is shared with me the home owner, I am a quiet person and you must be someone who is quiet too (capable of closing doors and drawers quietly! and doesn't FaceTime at 2am or cook late at night etc)
Not suited to someone who likes partying or has friends round every day etc.
Needs to be able to tidy up behind them when using the shared areas (bathroom and Kitchen)
I live on my own but my children do stay over every other weekend and also visit a little through the week so you need to be child friendly.
The room is very well suited to Cabin crew, this works well as you wouldn’t see much of me as I work most days for long hours.
Only looking for Female flat mate as I find easier to get on with and is a preference of the children this is very important I won’t consider a male housemate.
