All inclusive single room in friendly house share

THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE 1st September

We have a single room available in our large town house 10/15 mins walk from the station and Aldi in Bishop's Stortford. The bus stop for Stansted airport is 1 minute away, right by the local shops.
Room 5 is on the top floor at the front of the house, next to the bathroom. Available 1st September.
The ground floor is all living area: kitchen/diner, TV lounge, toilet, utility, large hallway and garden. The first floor has 3 single rooms and a large bathroom, with bath and shower and the second floor is the same except it has a new large shower and no bath.
There are mixed nationalities of Europeans and English creating an easy, friendly atmosphere in the house.
We need someone who will get on with everyone, be happy to share and take responsibility for helping to keep it all nice and clean.
We have weekly in-house cleaning but we can't guarantee this over holiday periods.
* The house has unlimited
broadband.
* All bills ( gas, electricity, water,
council tax, broadband ) are included in the price.
* The rooms are for single occupancy
only.
* Professional workers & non-smokers preferred.
