We are between London & Cambridge which is
Bishop's Stortford.

All rooms have private hand washing basins. Some rooms have a portable mini fridge.

Close to Town Centre & Train Station.

ALDI super market situated about 5 minutes’ walk.

There is a bus stop right in front of the house. Few buses go to the airport on regular basis.

5 to 10 minutes’ walk to Town Centre and the Train station. Very close to Stansted Airport.

All rooms are fully/partly furnished & closely situated to the Town Centre, main line train station & the bus station.

All rent & holding deposits have to be paid in advance on the day of moving in, in cleared funds.

Employment references will be taken. before any viewings.

We may request the following;

a) Your copy of the current work contract.

b) Your latest or last 3 months' pay slips

c) Your last 3 months' bank statements.

We may also do a credit check, but it will not leave any footprints in your file.

We will take references for Couples or individuals before any viewings can take place.

Each person must be earning at least 35k per month before tax.

We request the above documents to confirm that our rents are within your affordability.

Double rooms on Single occupancy are £750.00 per month, which includes all bills & free wireless internet access in all rooms

Deposit around £690.00 & it will be registered with DPC.

Double & Twin Rooms are from £830.00 per month.
Each person £415.00 per month

King size Double Room for couples --- from £830.00 per month(£415.00 per person. per month)
Deposit: £957.00

A king-size double room on Single occupancy is £750 per night, which includes all bills & free wireless internet access in all rooms.

We may also do a credit check.

There is a washing machine provided in the kitchen.
An iron & an ironing board are also provided.

The kitchen is fully furnished.

A Private car Parking facilities provided.

All Rooms come with personal hand wash basins & some rooms have a fridge/ freezer provided.

We take a refundable Deposit of 5 weeks rent & refundable when you vacate the rooms only.

Minimum stay is 6 months.

Deposits are refunded when you vacate the room but non-refundable if you pay the deposit but do not take up the room for the dates booked or cancel the booking for whatever reasons.

The Rent for the month & the holding deposit should be paid on the day of your arrival in cleared funds or in Bank transfers to hit our account immediately!

There may be some cleaning charges for the property on monthly basis from all tenants.

Use of Private Garden.

You are welcome to view the Rooms any time before 9 am or after 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday.
Sunday's anytime 8.30 am to 8 pm.

Our check in times are before 9 am or after 5.45 pm, Mon to Sat & Sunday anytime from 8.30 am but before 8.30 pm.

Bus No 508 runs to the Airport on a regular basis from the bus stop right in front of the house.

Viewings are by appointments only.

We are 7 to 10 minutes to Stansted Airport by Car or by public transport.

Couples must have a combined income of 60k pa
(each 30K pa)

Single occupancy must have income of 35k pa minimum.
