**Your Room**

All are clean, modern double rooms equipped with everything you need to move straight in, with comfy double beds and storage for easy living. All rooms have super-fast business wi-fi so you can always be connected.

**The House**

The house is recently refurbished with a large communal kitchen/lounge. The fully equipped kitchen has a stylish design with modern appliances and plenty of space to cook. The lounge space is a great place at the end of the day to relax and watch TV. All bathrooms benefit from a high performance shower and are finished to a high standard. There is a nice outdoor space with secure bike storage. There is also a weekly cleaner for all communal areas.

**Location**

The house is located on a quiet street, in close proximity to Elstree & Borehamwood station. From the station you can take the Thameslink to central London in 15 mins.

There is a convenience store and a mega Morrisons a 10 min walk away. The high street, gyms, cinema, the usual chains and stores are all within a short cycle/walk.
