Large master bedroom room, near BBC & a King bed!

- For female tenants only. This is due to a previous bad experience with a male tenant refusing to leave after his agreed month's rent was finished. As a man in his 60s I just would feel more comfortable with a female tenant.
- Single occupancy (1 person) only. Sorry but this is not a room for couples as I prefer to have plenty of space in the house.
- £950 all-inclusive. No security deposit, all bills and internet included.

The room:
A spacious and serene space. It’s a great base to relax and recharge after a day’s work. The bed is brand new and high tech so extra comfy and very very big (Super King size 180 x 200 cm). The street is quiet and we have an unused green garden. If you enjoy piano or guitar there are those to play. The room is the biggest bedroom in the house with double windows for brilliant natural golden light. A good space for yoga! Wooden floors and wardrobe make this a homely and comfortable space.

The property:
The house is a small four-bedroom terraced house and you will live here with me and either 1 or 2 other people depending on whether we rent out the other rooms or not and whether my son is home which he is periodically. I am a father whose family all are away with their families. My granddaughter and grandson come over for an afternoon twice a week. I work from home in the lounge most days. A small bicycle is available for £10 per week should you wish to use either of these to easily get around. There is also a nice guitar and piano should you wish to use these 🎵

🚶It’s just a 10 minute walk to the BBC Elstree Centre, 20 minute walk to Elstree & Borehamwood train. We have a bunch of shops just around the corner just 80 metres away where you can buy anything you need like milk, eggs and groceries. A big Tesco supermarket is also 10 minutes walk away.
🚍 By bus it's 10 minutes to Elstree & Borehamwood Station. 15 minutes to Edgware.
🚲 By bike it's 7 minutes to Elstree & Borehamwood. We have a bicycle you can rent for £10 per week or a lower rate if you’re here a while.
🚆Train from Elstree & Borehamwood station to King’s Cross St Pancras is 20 minutes. This train also goes through to Farringdon and Blackfriars from there!

Requirements:
I am looking for a quiet and kind female to take the room. The room is perfect for a professional or student. Because I work from home I’m looking for someone who does study or work away from home Monday to Friday in the days. It's a great place to unwind after a long day and you have a lovely wooden desk, lots of natural light from two windows and it’s very quiet.

If you would like to take the room after a viewing a deposit of £600 will be taken to hold it for you until the move in date. This £600 will be used as part of your first month's rent. There is no security deposit so less for tenants to worry about there :) The £950 rent includes all costs like internet, water, gas, electric, heating and tax. Please note that couples are not allowed, this room is just for one person because I don't want to have lots of people in the house.

If you like home cooking that would be a plus as I do enjoy cooking a lot!
