**Your room**
Spacious room with computer desk, wardrobe, bedside locker, storage and comfy new mattress. As this is a shared living space rooms are single occupancy only.

**The House**
The central area of the house is the fully furnished kitchen and diner providing plenty of space to cook and dine. There are three shower rooms (one on each floor) with high performance showers shared between 5 bedrooms and one ensuite bedroom. A cleaner takes care of all communal areas. There is also a relaxing private patio area with secure bike storage.

**Location**
The house is located on a quiet street close to Morrisons supermarket and is within walking/cycling distance of the high street with its array of restaurants, shops, gyms, cinema and more.
