Short-term let in a calm, friendly home – £1,300 per month, all bills included.

I’m looking for a female housemate to share my relaxed, friendly home in Borehamwood.

My current housemate is moving out, and we’ve had a lovely balance of being independent and sociable. We might watch something on TV, share a meal once or twice a week or occasionally go for a walk, while respecting each other’s space. I’d love to find someone who enjoys a similar balance, looks after herself and enjoys a healthy lifestyle.

I run my own business as a counsellor and personal trainer. I work a mixture of days at home and days out of the house. Ideally, I’m looking for someone in a corporate role who works from home no more than two to three days a week and goes into the office on the other days, as my current housemate does.

The house is divided into two self-contained spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs, with the bathroom shared. I’m at the gym five or six mornings a week, so I shower ect there.

The rent is £1,300 per month, including all bills. This is a short-term let initially, until April, with the possibility of extending into the summer.

It could suit someone between homes or working in London who would enjoy somewhere quieter to come home to.
