Ideal for a quiet, clean and respectful female professional or mature student.

I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate and mature to rent the bottom floor of my house for the month of June only. The space is a cosy little self-contained 1-bed flat with a calm, homely feel, ideal for someone between houses, temporarily relocating for work, or simply needing a peaceful short-term stay.

The would suit someone who works or studies outside of the home and enjoys a quieter, more introverted living environment.

What I’m looking for:
• A female professional with a full-time job, or a mature student
• Someone very clean, tidy and organised (non-negotiable)
• Someone who will look after the space to the same standard it is kept
• A respectful person who values a quiet and relaxed home environment

Please note:
• Available for June only
• Single occupancy only (no couples)
• Visitors are welcome
• Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am
