Short-term self-contained space available (3rd August – 21st September)
I'm renting out my cosy downstairs self-contained space on a short-term basis only. It's available from the 3rd of August until 27th September, so it would be ideal for someone who is between homes, working in the area temporarily, or visiting for an extended stay.
The space includes:
Your own private living area
Sleeping area
Kitchen
The only shared space is the bathroom, which is upstairs.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going. A female tenant is preferred.
