A double and a single rooms let as one. The double is used as a bedroom, the single is used as home office / work station. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and storage.
Own bathroom with power shower and a bathtub, right next to the rooms. The bathroom is not shared with anyone.
One parking space on the driveway.
Shared kitchen, a large fridge shared with 1 other person; dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, plenty of storage space; utility room with a washing machine and a drier and a shared tall freezer.
A large living room with a tv/sitting area, fireplace, dining table. A separate area for exercise, with weights.
The house is located in a small village, 10 minutes away from Luton, 20 minutes from Hitchin and Stevenage. Nearest Asda 5 minutes away. There is a bus service to Hitchin and to Luton.
Please note that this is very peaceful, quiet household - the current residents do not have parties or have people over; we do not play loud music and no noise 22:00-06:00, and we would like to keep it this way, so would not suit someone working night shifts.
There are 2 cats and 2 dogs, who live with me on the ground floor. The dogs never bark, they are very quiet and very well trained.
DBS check is a must.
