Double room with nice mature garden

Room will be available from mid-April 2026:

I'm Sonja, the friendly live-in landlady, who is mainly at home a majority of the time. I have had several tenants over the years across my homes. Ideally I'm looking for a Mon-Fri set up, which would be my preference. However, happy to consider full weeks too!

Looking for someone professional who appreciates a quiet home, large garden, some storage available in shed, side entrance available too. The double room is not excessively large, however, there is a super king bed in there and enough draws and cupboard space for personal items, plus further wardrobe space if required in the spare room.

As my home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is parking outside on a first come first served basis, but 95% of the time there is always parking.

I live with a cat, Lucifer. Who is sweet as pie and won't harm a fly. So if you're an animal lover, even better! Unfortunately, I am not in a position to take on someone with another pet, sorry!

Please note rent is £700 full time, or Mon-Fri £650. Short termers can be discussed.

There is a further bedroom which I am personally using but bedrooms can be swapped, should preferences prefer, or even the snug/office?
