The room is totally self contained, it has a kitchenette, which is made up of a 30l microwave oven/grill, twin ceramic hob, full size fridge with a freezer compartment.

The room is fully furnished, with, bed bedside cabinet, 5 drawer chest of drawers, a gents wardrobe, with blackout curtains.

The room has a double bed with storage under the bed.

There is en-suite bathroom with it a shower, wash basin and toilet.

All bills are included along with super fast 500mb superfast fiberoptic virgin Internet

The communal parts to the main part of the house are cleaned weekly, and the kitchen has been redecorated.

There is also a sunny garden to relax in.

This a great self contained studio room which forms part of a shared house where the present tenants get on well together, something I am keen to maintain

The house has off road parking available and is close to a range of local amenities and transport links.
