**The Home**

You'll have shared use of the kitchen and dining area, a lovely garden and a cosy snug adjoining the kitchen, which is currently being finished.

The household consists of myself, a friendly, creative and easygoing live-in homeowner, and Ziggy, my lovely small dog.

I enjoy yoga, art, walking and wellbeing, and appreciate a relaxed, peaceful home where everyone feels comfortable and respects each other's privacy.

**Who I'm Looking For**

Ideally, a mature, considerate and reliable professional who works predominantly outside the home. Occasional working from home, ideally one or two days a week, is absolutely fine, but the room wouldn't be suitable for someone working remotely full-time.

I'm equally happy to consider a Monday–Friday professional lodger or someone requiring accommodation seven days a week.

Ideally suited to one person looking for a comfortable, peaceful home rather than a busy house share.
