The room is the largest room in a house in EN8 8QN - Cheshunt area - ground floor room, Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, study table, and chair - attached toilet and shower room.
As you enter the house, separate door to this room and another door to the main part of the house.

We are:
a family
nice, quiet and friendly
reliable and honest

We are looking for:
a non-smoking, working/professional female
someone who is not usually home in the daytime
a non-problematic person
6 months to start with (can discuss longer terms)

We are asking for:
£750/pcm in advance, inclusive of all bills
£750 deposit
