I am a retired school teacher and am looking for a lady to lodge in my house.

As polish is my first language it would be preferable if the lodger could speak polish. I have strong polish connections in the local community. The lodger must be a non smoker. It is expected that the lodger is amenable and sociable. Because the rent is very low, the lodger is expected to be helpful on occasion if needed. I have a full time carer who helps me day to day but I like to have company in the house during the evening and at night time.

The room is for a lodger who goes to work 5 days per week minimum and there is off street parking available.

The property is walking distance from Cheshunt Station which is a direct line in to Tottenham Hale and Liverpool Street.

The property is on the edge of Grundy Park and is a 2 minute walk to the Laura Trott Leisure Centre and 3 minute walk to Tesco and the Old Pond shopping area.
