Hello ladies and gents,

We are seeking a good fit for a lovely mum and daughter in a beautiful band E home in Cheshunt, 15 mins from the station.

You can be at Liverpool Street via the fast train in 24 mins. Lots of amenities and is a friendly area. Nice neighbours.

It's a gorgeous area surrounded by nature. And comes with lovely established gardens and friendly company.

I both work and study whilst also spending time with my daughter, that is mostly us. She is 10. She is at nanny and granddads a fair bit too.

We are looking for somebody sensible who understands the realistic cost of living these days. And who is clean and considerate. 😊

As such I am including an itemisation of what bills are at the current property as recent lodgers have left me falling short unfortunately and it's about time I righted that.

The cost of bills is:
£234 council tax (band E)
£150 energy
£50 water
£35 internet.

Hence I will be asking for a 50% contribution to this. Which would be: £234 total.

£117 council tax
£75 energy
£25 water
£17 internet.

For your info, this would make total expected contributions monthly:

£750 + £234 = £984. I am happy to go to £950.

Couples also welcome to enquire for an extra couple hundred. £1200.

Etc etc. Welcome to treat our bits and bobs as your own whilst you're here. And spending time in the lounge and other living spaces is absolutely welcome and encouraged!
