Bedroom and private sitting/tv room (microwave and fridge supplied) private bathroom (not ensuite but sole use). 4 bed house, large garden, 1 live in landlady, 2 pet dogs and 3 chickens. Dogs do not access renter's rooms. Interaction is at renter's preference. Of course there are some barking episodes (good security!) but a very quiet, wildlife friendly house/garden/area. Ideal for independent professional/key worker/student/animal/country lover. Reference and proof of identity required.
