Double furnished room with ensuite (bath/shower). it's good sized room with lots of light. I can offer a parking space.

You would be sharing the house with just me and my cat, the house is pretty spacious 4 bed with large open plan kitchen, living room, patio, garden and parking (I intend to keep the spare double room for occasional visitor use)

About me: gay man and his cat, often working from home as I am currently freelance in animation, easy going and main interest is getting outdoors for hikes etc, but also do watch a lot of films and docs on the projector. I have shared a house in the past and remain good friends with those tenants.

About you: Easy going, mindful of others. The room is for one person only, and because I have a skittish rescue cat - I cannot accept other pets.

About Chorleywood: The house is top of a hill - about 15-18 min walk down to shops/Chorleywood station and the met line to baker street, and fast Chiltern line to Marylebone. Jct 17 off M25. 20mins drive to Heathrow.
Chorleywood is known for its green spaces (inc common, direct walks into the countryside, country pubs and good amenities). William Penn gym/swim is 7 min drive.
