En suite dbl room, commutable to central London

Hello!

I'm a live-out property manager, like to allow tenants to enjoy the use of the property with minimal inference and have always enjoyed good relationships with my tenants at other properties. As I'm a private private property manager there will be no agency fees required.

The homeowners also live at the property.

The room is en suite and furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, shelf and mini fridge.

The house has central heating, double glazing throughout.
The house is situated on a quiet road about 5 minutes from a large shopping centre (Brookfield Cheshunt) which has a large Tesco, M&S, Boots, Next, Pure Gym, Five Guys etc. It is also about 5 minutes from the town centre which also has a Tesco, a number of restaurants and a railway station (Cheshunt) with regular trains in and out of Central London (20 mins into London Liverpool Street).

The rent includes council tax, water rate and the internet. Bills are £50/month.

Due to the room being in a family home, we are looking for female tenants only.
