Beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian semi. Busy, live in female landlord. Local business owner. I have a small dog that lives here and a son 22 who lives in London. House is in a smart residential road with a 10 minute walk to town and 20 minute walk to Harpenden station, great service to London.
Luton airport, L&D hospital are a short drive away. Easy access to M1.
I rarely entertain at home but I’m sociable and fun ( I think ) play padel, yoga, Pilates etc Females only. My last lodger was a 24 year old teacher who would be very happy to give a reference on her time living here.
