I’m 27 and work as a Personal Trainer & group fitness instructor in Harpenden. I am a tenant in a 2 bed 2 bath flat & preferably seeking another female flatmate in her 20s or 30s, as my current flatmate will be moving with her partner in September. No couples.

The available room has:
Double Bed, En suite bathroom, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase & shoe storage rack.

- The council tax is Band E
- The bills (energy, water, wifi) combined cost is generally around £90 each per month

- 730 square ft
- 2 bed, 2 bath, large shared living space & open kitchen
- washer & dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, various extra kitchen appliances
- ground floor
- 4KHD TV with Apple TV box & streaming platforms

Transport:
- gated off street private car park (2 allocated spaces, my car is in one)
- 15 min walk to Harpenden station
- trains to central London in 30 mins
- 5 miles to St Albans & Luton
- bus stop right outside the flat

location / extras:
- Private balcony (rear side so not facing the road)
- Batford springs nature reserve & park area behind the flats
- intercom buzz in system from the flat to give access to visitors/deliveries
- Tesco petrol garage, Co-op & corner shop very nearby
About me:
I love the gym and a range of sports! I enjoy being active, exploring, and socialising.
I would prefer a sociable roommate, but there is no pressure if you prefer to have some quiet and independent time alone. I’m pretty laidback and easygoing and I don’t smoke.
I am self employed so I do some admin work from home.
I’m gay so lgbtq supportive is essential!

I have a small dog (2y old). He’ll be in his crate whenever I am not home, so you won’t need to have responsibility for him. it’s important that you feel comfortable around dogs though! he’s not a barker but he does like playing fetch, so if you love dogs then that’s a bonus :)

Please be cleanly and respectful of the communal areas & contribute to cleaning when necessary, as I do the same :)
