- King sized room with built in wardrobe
My roommate is moving at the end of October but I would like to remain as the flat is ideal. Looking to engage now so I can request to stay at beginning of notice period (September).
There is a porch area, a storage room and ample loft space. Shared hall, lounge and kitchen. I do ask that you are clean and tidy.
I use the main bathroom which is off limits (works better for cleaning and privacy etc) but there is an en-suite for the bedroom. Please note you will need your own furniture.
