A bright and spacious furnished double room is available in a lovely semi-detached house on a quiet residential street in Harpenden.

The house is approximately a 25-minute walk from Harpenden station and 15 minutes from the shops, cafés and amenities in Southdown.

The room comes with use of a shared downstairs shower room and toilet with another lodger. You will also have shared use of the well-equipped kitchen including utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, comfortable lounge, dining room and conservatory.

One of the home’s highlights is the beautiful, peaceful garden, which overlooks mature trees and allotments.

You would be sharing with a friendly and respectful live-in landlady and another (male) lodger. I am very sporty and outdoorsy and, outside of work, enjoy cycling, running, swimming and socialising with friends and family. In addition you would be sharing with another.(male) lodger.
