I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor double ensuite room available to rent in my house in Dragon Road in Hatfield.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THIS IS A DOUBLE ROOM IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY

This room is available to a professional aged 20 years of age or above, or mature student who is aged 25 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price, including gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband, TV license.

High speed broadband is available at the property.

The house is fully furnished, and both the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.

The house has a kitchen diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. I have a cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.

Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also a TV point in the room. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and washbasin in it.
