I am a private live-out landlord. The room I have available to rent is a middle floor double room located in my house in Queen Bee Court, Hatfield.

The cost of rental shown is for a couple renting the room, for single occupancy, the cost of rental is £885.00 per calendar month.

THIS ROOM IS AVAILABLE TO A PROFESSIONAL AGED 20 YEARS OF AGE OR ABOVE, OR TO A MATURE STUDENT WHO IS AGED 25 YEARS OF AGE OR ABOVE.

All bills are included in the rental price, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV License, broadband.

High speed broadband is available at the house.

There is a large kitchen/diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. My friendly team also maintain the house and private garden. Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, TV point. There is also a washbasin in the room.
