This 4 bedroom furnished house was recently part-refurbished. Available for single/couple. Utility bills are fully inclusive: Council Tax, Gas, Water, Electricity and Internet. A short stay is welcome but at a higher price than advertised.

Hatfield Town Centre / ASDA etc... = 5 min walk
Hatfield Train Station = 10 min walk
University of Hertfordshire - College Lane = 20-25 min walk
University of Hertfordshire - DeHaviland = 25-30 min walk

There is a bus stop right outside the front door with regular buses.

AMENITIES AND ROOMS
- garden, at the back, accessible from the kitchen
- kitchen with dining table,
- 1 communal bathroom with a bath, toilet sink
- 1 communal bathroom with shower, toilet sink
- 1 additional toilet with sink.
- cleaner fortnightly for communal areas only
- linen, towels and bedding available on request (extra charge)
- rooms are fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, and bedside table(s).
- no separate living room for the house (other than inside room 2, for room 2 only)
- no parking available sorry, but we may be able to offer a visitor pass, charged daily, subject to the council's visitor pass availability

ROOMS
- Room 1 ground floor street facing small double/twin room.
- Room 2 first floor double room with its own living room and own fridge freezer, both garden and street facing.
- Room 3 second floor garden facing double/twin room.
- Room 4 second floor street facing double/twin room.
- The kitchen has 2 fridge freezers, a microwave, a kettle, and utensils.
- Cloakroom 1: ground floor toilet with garden-facing window and a sink
- Bathroom 2: The first floor is a newly refurbished bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet, and space for drying clothes.
- Bathroom 3: facing the back garden, on the 3rd floor, has a window, large bath, toilet and sink

PRICES
Room Prices displayed are for single occupancy. Couples and shorter stays are charged at higher prices.

Towels, Linen, bedding cleaning, and inside room cleaning at the end of your stay are charged as compulsory.

Disclaimer: The minimum booking is 6 nights or 7 days in total. The room is available on a week-by-week or month-by-month guest booking basis. If you only book for 1 - 3 months, you are still on a guest booking basis. We currently do not offer a tenancy or full residency at this address.

If you would like an extra guest to stay with you, an additional guest charge will be applied. Check-in must be on or after 3 p. m., and check-out must be on or before 11 a. m.

Not all rooms are displayed in the advert; therefore we highly recommend that you book a viewing.
