Looking for 1 flatmate to join us in August!

We are two boys (23 and 25) working in graduate jobs in Hatfield, looking for another young professional/student to join us in August for a year!

We have been living in this flat for a year and a half after meeting on Spareroom and like it so much that we want to stay. The flat was refurbished before we moved in - it is small but all the carpets, lino, beds and sofa are new! It is a 10 min drive from St Albans, or a 6 min drive from Hatfield station, which is 22 mins from King's Cross. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of us - however if you were only interested in the larger, ensuite bedroom this could potentially be negotiated.

We both like cooking, football and occasionally going into London! We like to keep the flat very clean and chilled out and we WFH 2 days a week. One of us is away most weekends.
