Room available in a cosy, characterful house

Hi, I'm Jess and live in a two bedroom, terraced house in Hatfield. I'm looking for a female housemate, either a professional or post-grad student. The room is furnished with a single bed and memory foam mattress. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to the Galleria and the University of Hertfordshire College Lane campus and is located down a quiet lane opposite a small woodland. It's 2 minutes walk to a co-op shop and 1 minute walk from a bus stop to the train station. There is a driveway which would fit two (small) cars, so please let me know if parking is important to you when enquiring. I work as a Scientist and work from home ~3 days a week. In my free time I'm usually with friends/family or doing something active. The house has a living room, a spacious kitchen and one bathroom, located on the ground floor. There is a garden with a table/chairs outside. Bills (gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband) are included, subject to fair use. The room is suitable for single occupancy only. The room is available now, for short or long term rent. Either 7 days a week, or Mon-Fri (for a reduced price). Please tell me a bit about yourself when you message.
