Hi - We are looking for a clean and friendly person to live in a large modern town house together with 2 other females and 3 male professional housemates .

The property is conveniently located within a 10 minute walking distance of Hatfield Business Park, University and David Lloyd Gym & The Galleria with excellent links to public transport and motorways. St Albans and Welwyn Garden City are also within easy reach and is an ideal location for anyone working at Hatfield Hospital, Ocado, Tesco or Hertfordshire University.

The house is cleaned by a professional cleaner who cleans the shared areas fortnightly. There is also a rear garden laid out with a patio area and table and seating.

The property is spacious and decorated and furnished to a high standard and viewing is recommended. There is a large kitchen diner with 2 fridge / freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and large range cooker. There is also a TV in the dining area with google nest for everyone to use.

There is broadband is provided and TV and google Alexa for is provided in the dining room for everybody. An alarm is also fitted and there are locks on all bedrooms for some added security. There are also 3 bathrooms in the house to avoid queues in the morning and the shower room is located directly next to the bedroom.
