This spacious 5-bedroom furnished house offers professional short-term accommodation, providing considerably more space and privacy than a typical house share. All utility bills are included: Council Tax, gas, water, electricity and internet.
Suitable for working professionals, contractors, mature students and others requiring furnished accommodation for a temporary stay. Singles and couples are welcome.

Minimum stay: 4 nights. Weekly and monthly bookings are also available, with discounted rates for longer stays. Please read the booking terms and pricing below before enquiring.

Room 2 – Extra-large ground-floor double with private living space – AVAILABLE Large ground-floor, garden-facing double room with additional private living space and a sink in the room.

Room 3 – First-floor small room – AVAILABLE.

Ideal as a private home office, study, dressing room or additional living space. Available only as an add-on to Room 1 or Room 2, at an additional charge. Price on request only.

Room 4 – First-floor single – NOT AVAILABLE

Room 5 – First-floor large double – TAKEN

Maximum permitted occupancy for the property: 5 people.

Prices are per room, whether one or two people stay.

Room 1 – Large ground-floor double (street facing)
• 4 nights: £46.80 per night
• 5–14 nights: £36.00 per night
• 15–29 nights: £28.80 per night
• 30 nights: £864 total

Room 2 – Extra-large double with private living space (ground floor, garden facing, with sink in the room)
• 4 nights: £54.00 per night
• 5–14 nights: £42.00 per night
• 15–29 nights: £33.60 per night
• 30 nights: £1,008 total

Additional pricing information
• Longer stays benefit from discounted nightly rates.
• Additional room for a private office, study or living space are available at an additional charge, subject to availability.
• Bedding, linen and towels are charged additionally and are not included in the advertised prices, but are negotiable.
• End-of-stay cleaning is a compulsory additional charge and is not negotiable. It is charged at cost, based on the cleaning required after check-out.
• All advertised accommodation prices include VAT.
Booking terms
• No referencing required.
• ID checks are required.
• Check-in from 15:00.
• Check-out before 11:00.
• Booking deposit: 50% of the advertised accommodation price of 30 nights.
• Bookings of 30 nights or more are available at the advertised rate, subject to agreement.
• Accommodation is available for a limited period only. Longer stays, including 3 months or longer, may be considered, subject to the property's availability.
• No permanent residency is offered.
• Extensions are subject to availability and agreement.
• Rooms may be re-advertised if booking is not extended.
• Accommodation is offered under a short-term guest agreement, not an assured tenancy agreement.

Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to suitability and approval. Please enquire before booking.
