Room for rent.Walking distance to Uni etc….

I have a double room with a single bed in. The property is situated in central Hatfield 10 minutes walking to most amenities plus the university of Hertfordshire, Bishops rise. 20 minute walk to the train station.
Plenty of storage, desk with new chair, new television,
Iron and ironing board, new bed, new Carpets,. Shared bathroom and toilet shared kitchen, dining area and garden. There is a drive to park if you have a car.. Apart from the lounge and my bedroom, everything else is shared
There will be 1 month to be paid in advance aswell as the deposit.
I have two small dogs, Yorkshire terrier type so you have to be okay with these around you and you will need to let them in the garden at times.
If you’re a student, you will need to provide a council tax exemption certificate.
