We have a double bedroom available in Hatfield, just a 2-minute walk from The Galleria and close to local amenities including University of Hertfordshire.

The bathroom and toilet are shared with only one other female tenant, so we are ideally looking for a female housemate.

Property features:

Communal kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, and chest freezer

Individual numbered kitchen cupboards and kitchen bins for each tenant.

Communal living room with reclining sofa and dining table

All bills included, including broadband

We ask tenants to treat the property as their home and keep their rooms well maintained. For communal areas, we encourage housemates to agree on a cleaning rota to ensure shared spaces are kept tidy.

There is a house WhatsApp group where any issues can be raised or if anything needs our attention.

A new mattress and duvet will be provided.
