Rent & Bills: £480 per month for each room. This includes ALL bills— water, gas, and electricity. council tax dependents on your status we live in band C council tax
Location: located very close to town centre, has 3 bus stops nearby, Galleria just 5 mins, very close to Dehav campus

I am looking for respectful, clean, and tidy individuals who treat the house as a home. This would suit students or working professionals looking for a relaxed environment. Long-term tenants preferred. Non-smokers preferred.
