Room To Rent

Hi there, I’m looking to move out of my current place to move in with friends. My room is a part of a house share but it’s has its own kitchen and bathroom so it’s more of a studio than a room. The parts that are actually shared are the front door, the laundry machine & the bills. The reason I’m looking for someone to take it over is so that I can move out faster than my notice as the place I’m looking to move into has a move in date that’s sooner than my current move out date, but my landlord said that he’s ok for me to move out if I can find someone else for the room. The house is located only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station & very close to ASDA for groceries. The rooms within the house are rented out separately so I don’t know my housemates too well given that I don’t have to interact with them much due to the studio-like nature of my room. The rent is £750 per month with council tax at £30 and bills at around £90. Please let me know if you have any questions and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
