A spacious double bedroom is available in a friendly shared flat. The room is **partly furnished** and **does not include a bed**, so you'll need to bring your own or buy one.

* **Bills are not included.** As we have recently taken over the flat, the bills will be set up from now on and shared between the tenants.
* Suitable for **one person, two people, or a couple** – **no extra charge for two people or couples**.
* We are looking for someone who is **respectful, clean, and tidy**.

**Students and working professionals are both welcome.**
