I have a lovely furnished double room with en-suite available in my 2-bedroom house on a quiet private road in Hatfield.

📅 Ideally looking for someone from January until June (around 6 months), so this could be perfect if you’re a student looking for accommodation for the second half of the academic year, or someone needing a shorter-term home. This could be extended for the right tenant.

The location is fantastic if you’re at Herts Uni — College Lane campus is literally a 5-minute walk away, and The Galleria is around 10 minutes walk away.

The room is a good-sized double and comes fully furnished, with your own private en-suite. All bills included.

The house has a garden and a comfortable shared living space. As it’s just the two of us, it’s a relaxed and friendly home rather than a busy house share.

And then there’s my little toy poodle! He’s very friendly and part of the family, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely likes dogs and is happy living with one.

I’m looking for someone clean, considerate, respectful and easy-going who wants somewhere that feels like home.

🚗 There is a driveway which I use, plus some visitor parking nearby, but tenant parking isn’t guaranteed.
