Accommodation available for £700 per month, including all bills. 5min walk to university of Hertfordshire - dehavilland campus.

We offer a lovely, friendly, peaceful and welcoming home environment where everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed.

Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preferences are completely welcome, with no restrictions on food choices.

Smoking is allowed in the backyard only, and we kindly request no smoking inside the house.

We are friendly, understanding and easy-going people who respect everyone's privacy and personal space. We want everyone living in the house to feel at home, enjoy their stay and communicate openly.
