LOOKING FOR quiet, clean and friendly lodger who is tidy, quiet and happy to help keep the house clean on rota.

The house is very homely and there is a nice wildlife-friendly garden. I’m looking for a lodger who is happy to live as friends but also to respect others’ privacy and need for quiet time.

The house is off the main road so it’s very peaceful and quiet at night.

Street-parking out the front, no permits required but it can get tight for spaces sometimes.
