Double mattress (medium/firm) with protector (you will need all your own bedding). Would suit someone with not too much stuff.

LOOKING FOR quiet, clean and friendly lodger who is tidy, quiet and happy to help keep the house clean on a rota basis (1-hr a week).

The house is very homely and there is a nice wildlife-friendly garden. I’m looking for a lodger who is happy to live friendly day to day and also respect others’ privacy and need for space and quiet time.

We share the kitchen space and sometime cooking time so please be tidy and flexible.

The house is off the main road so it’s very peaceful and quiet at night.

Must have references.

Street-parking out the front, no permits required but it can get tight for spaces sometimes.
